The 21-Day Internal Cleansing &
Detoxification Program
consists of a series of steps taken in order to actively enhance the
elimination of waste and toxins from your body.
An exceptional cleansing and detoxification program requires the
ingestion of the highest quality nutrients. These nutrients include
vitamins, minerals, amino acids, proteins, carbohydrates, fats and
water. The detoxification program that I recommend, involves dietary
changes over a 21-day period along with taking therapeutic nutrients
in the form of powders, liquids and/or capsules. The dietary changes
will include adding lots alkaline-rich foods to your diet which
include fresh low sugar fruits and vegetables. See a complete list
of acid/alkaline foods. Drinking plenty of fresh water, light
exercise and proper rest are suggested as well. Finding some
downtime in your schedule so you can focus on this cleanse is
equally as important during a successful detoxification program.
Step-by-Step What’s Involved
Week 1 focuses on plant-based food as well as
eliminating many of the toxins people receive in their diet.
Week 2 moves you into a live-food diet with as much
uncooked foods and two blended meals, which decreases stress on the
digestive system.
Week 3 suggests a 3-4 day liquid juice fast or
“feast” where the digestive organs get a rest and healing begins on
a cellular level. (not required to complete the program, but
suggested. If a person was not ready for fasting, other options are
discussed)
Week 1 - The Plant-Based Diet
In the first week of the cleanse you will be encouraged to consume a
vegan plant-based diet (fruits, vegetables, raw nuts, seeds,
sprouted grains, beans and legumes). A menu, emphasizing organic
whole foods, shopping guide and recipes are provided. Taking food
based supplements to maximize the effects of the cleanse are
provided to bring the body into balance more quickly. Here is a

In the group or private setting, health information on the benefits
of plant based nutrition for internal cleansing & detoxification are
discussed. After the first class participants are offered a field
trip to a local health food store where we discuss how to be a
healthy shopper.
Week 2 - The Live-Food Diet
In the second week of the cleanse you will be encouraged to consume
a more raw (uncooked) plant-based diet as well as eating 2 blended
shakes per day. A move away from cooked and processed foods will
decrease stress on the major digestive organs and the supplements
prepare the body for deeper healing. At the same time, if a person
is not ready for an all-raw diet, continuing to eat vegan will be of
great benefit. An organic live-food menu, shopping guide and recipes
are provided.
Class topics include raw food preparation demo including blended
shakes and energy soups and discussion on the use of a live food
diet for detoxification and rejuvenation.
Week 3 - The Liquid Diet for 3-4 days
In the third week of the cleanse you will be encouraged to go on a
3-4 liquid juice fast or “feast.” A move away from a whole live-food
diet to blended or juiced food will give the digestive organs a
complete rest and will supply regenerative nutrients to insure
healing at the cellular level.
Colon Hydrotherapy or home enemas may also be suggested for those
who are advanced in doing internal cleansing programs. (not
required)
In the class, the benefits of a liquid diet for rapid healing are
discussed. The workshop also covers the practical application of
massage, light exercise, skin brushing and relaxation for a total
body cleansing experience.
Week 4- Wrap-Up Party
The final class meeting covers helpful hints on maintaining optimum
health after the program and a potluck feast. Family and friends are
encouraged to attend the final day.
This is a thorough cleanse experience. In most cases more than one
detox is needed. Typically cleansing is suggested at least 2-4 times
per year. The 21 day Internal Cleansing & Detoxification Program is
a technique or healing tool participants learn to apply for any
condition. The overall experience is designed to teach the basics of
taking control of your own health and learning practical ways in
which to incorporate this type of eating and living into your daily
life.
MOST IMPORTANT: No matter where you
take this cleanse is exactly where you need to be. There is no
perfect way to complete the cleanse. The fact that you desire change
and better health is a huge step in the right direction.

What is the Difference between
the 10-Day Challenge and the 21-Day Internal Cleansing &
Detoxification Program?
The main difference between the two programs is the period of time
in which you are cleansing your body. Obviously one is longer than
the other. When you decide to do a detoxification program, your body
needs some time to recognize what you are doing. Your body needs a
minimum of 10 days for it to receive the high-quality nutrients and
start to “clean house.” The 10-Day Challenge is a beginning program
and for those who are eating a primarily Standard American Diet
consisting of packaged foods, meats and dairy and wanting to give
cleansing a try. If you are able to extend that cleansing process to
the 21-day program, you will only experience further cleansing
benefits with the added time. For the 21-Day program, we will be
meeting weekly for 4 weeks instead of 3 weeks with the 10-Day
Challenge as well.

discuss your reasons for wanting to do a detoxification program and
choose either the 10-Day Challenge or a 21-Day Internal Cleansing &
Detoxification program depending on your needs. From there, we will
schedule times to meet weekly for either 3 or 4 weeks depending on
which program you choose. The cost of the programs include all the
products you will need to effectively complete the program as well
as all your reading & instructional materials.
